Get into Sports
I just recently heard a bad news from my cousin. Her son who is about to graduate in college, was confined in a drug rehabilitation center for drug detox and rehabilitation. He was too pressured with his studies that he took on drugs to comfort him. It was a shocking news knowing I also have a college student and a high school senior. But I do not need to worry about my children getting into drugs because they are into sports. They are into biking. My husband and I just recently bought a couple of new Mountain Bikes online for my two boys. I also got one of those Comfort Bikes I use everyday for my exercise regimen. My husband on the other hand takes good care of his two Road Bikes. He and our sons always spend the weekend in the road. I have seen some of their friends riding the BMX Bikes and I am relieved that my two sons have good companions.
